What buyers love about Avila: small, lock-n-leave, villa lifestyle that is very close to the Club amenities. Charming, most have a small pool and are very private, only 24 have lake/golf course views, which are a wanted commodity. Interior neighborhood, no street noise. Landmark was the builder with high ceilings and generous moldings.
