It is a medium-sized club with 909 homes (733 on the Grey Oaks side and 176 in the Estuary.) There are 17 different neighborhoods in Grey Oaks, each with a charm of their own and varying sizes of condominiums and single-family homes. In the Estuary, there are seven neighborhoods or streets, each with a different feel, design, and size. Residences will range from approximately $2 million to over $15 million.

History
The initial phases of Grey Oaks Country Club were developed by Judy Sproul, who utilized a land gift from her father, Barron Gift Collier Jr., to realize her vision of a premier golf community. To achieve this, she formed Halstatt, which spearheaded the development of the Pine and Palm golf courses designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton. These courses quickly established Grey Oaks as a desirable location for golf enthusiasts​
Grey Oaks Overivew
Grey Oaks Country Club is the only club that offers three, private golfing experiences as part of your Golf Membership. The Pines Course, the original of the three courses in Grey Oaks, will remind you of North Carolina, with its surrounding preserves and lakes. The 7,131-yard Clifton, Ezell & Clifton design will become one of your all-time favorites.
A tiered rock waterfall, meandering lakes, and beautiful, white sand beaches give the 6,882-yard Palm Course a tropical feel. This course was originally designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton when opened, but was redesigned in 2001 by Bob Cupp, with thousands of coconut palms throughout the course.

Wellness Center is an incredible 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, which offers fitness classes, a pilates Reformer studio, yoga/barre studio, cycling studio, luxury locker rooms, physical therapy suites, personal trainers, strength conditioning classes, and water aerobics in the resort pool. The Spa specializes in facials, massages, therapeutic pain relief, and even offers braintap, light therapy and bemer therapy.
Dining at Grey Oaks is an experience all it’s own, with two Clubhouses, the ever-popular Pool Café restaurant with it’s racetrack bar, which has become the epicenter of the community. For a finer dining experience, there is the Point Grille, and for truly fine dining, there is the Estuary Club, where one can dine al fresco on the Veranda, or inside the cozy and elegant interiors, with it’s large bar. The Estuary has Jazz Brunch, Burger Tuesdays, and the most elegant dinners with live music at selected times during season. The Wellness Café is another place to pick up great smoothies and items on the go.
The Social Calendar is full of activities, amazing dining experiences, wine tastings, summer wine trips to Napa or Bordeaux with Somelier Victor Vivaldia, Life Long Learning speaking series, art shows, car shows, International Ladies Club dinners, and various classes to captivate and educate its Members, golf trips, golf tournaments, tennis, pickleball, and so many other family and children’s activities throughout the year! This Club truly is all about the Naples’ lifestyle of wellness, purpose and happiness!
In 2010, founder Judy Sproul, graciously turned the Club over to the Members and Board of Directors.
I have lived in Grey Oaks with my husband for over 19 years, raising our four children here, and I truly could not think of a better place to call home. Life is short, make it memorable and worthwhile with family, friends…and great memories!
Estuary Overview
The newest of the three golf courses, the Estuary Course, opened in 2002, with tranquil lakes alongside every fairway of the 6,725-yard course, designed by the internationally renown architect, Bob Cupp. Inside this beautiful nature preserve filled with unique wildlife and landscaping, you will feel peacefully secluded, yet only minutes from the beaches and downtown.
